Kwikhang and Burr Distribution LLC are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages marked delivered that are not physically at your address may take up to 36 hours to appear. Contact your local USPS facility to attempt to locate your package. Additionally you can
* Verify the shipping address
* Look for a notice of attempted delivery
* See if someone else accepted delivery on your behalf
