We’re confident you’ll love our revolutionary curtain rod brackets! But we know sometimes things just don’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your order, we’ll gladly accept returns for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that any orders that have passed the 30-day window are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.  

If you would like to return your item(s), please follow these instructions to ensure a smoother transaction:

  • Products must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • A receipt/proof of purchase (i.e. order confirmation email) or order return form that is provided with your shipment must be included with your return.
  • We strongly recommend using protective packaging (i.e. styrofoam, package filling or the packaging used to originally ship the order) so brackets are not damaged in transit.
  • The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs (non-refundable). We also recommend tracking service and/or shipping insurance  for any order over $75 to ensure the safe return of merchandise.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please keep a copy of the tracking number for your return.

Returns and refunds will not be granted for:

  • Items not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items that are not protected/packaged properly for the return (protective packaging must be used for the returned items).
  • Returns that do not have a proof of purchase included. We cannot guarantee that your return will be processed if there is not a proof of purchase. 
  • Orders that have passed the 30-day delivery window.
  • Items lost, damaged or stolen while in possession of the delivery service.
  • Shipping costs from when the order was placed.
  • Sale items: All sale items are final sale.

What’s Next?

You may drop your package off at an authorized USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS or Fed-Ex location. Once received, please allow 7-10 business days to process your return. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take a few additional billing cycles for the refund to post to your account.


If you’d like a different size or another style/color, please place a new order and send your original items back following the steps above. We’ll credit your account once we receive your return. For tracking purposes we are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time. 

Gift Returns:

Items purchased as a gift are only eligible for store credit if returned:

  • If the gift item was shipped directly to you: Please refer to the general return policy. You will receive store credit in the form of a gift certificate. 
  • If the gift item was not shipped directly to you: Please refer to the general return policy. Payment will be refunded to the original purchaser.
